Any time I get to photograph a wedding in the Napa valley I know I can count on plenty of scenic backdrops and lots of pretty light.  Bethany and Alex planned their wedding in a place special to both of them in Yountville.  The home town atmosphere and  abundance of family and friends made this an intimate, emotional affair that was such a pleasure to photograph.  In contrast to the home town vibe, there were plenty of out of town special guests who came to celebrate with Bethany and Alex, including a strong Canadian contingent.  Not the least of which was my amazing colleague Melanie who flew all the way from Canada to come work with me on this special day!  It was so fun getting to work together, we shared many many laughs and made for a fun and creative day.
